Tigh Ruaraidh sleeps up to a maximum of six people, has full central heating and is furnished to an extremely high standard.

 It is as cosy and comfortable for couples looking for peace and seclusion, and is perfect for small groups of friends or families to share without feeling crowded. All principal rooms have stunning sea views across the Inner Sound to the islands of Raasay, Rona, Skye and the Outer Hebrides.

GROUND FLOOR

Entrance lobby:  Hanging space for coats and muddy boots.

Utility room:        Washing machine, tumble drier 

Cloakroom:         W.C. and washbasin

Bedroom:            6’ super king-size bed which can be split into two full size single beds. An Adjacent bathroom: (refurbished 2018) with bath, walk-in shower, washbasin, w.c. and electric underfloor heating. Together both rooms make for an almost self-contained wing - ideal for Granny!

Kitchen:               Shaker style units, granite worktops, Neff Slide'nHide oven, induction hob, microwave, warming drawer, Everhot electric range cooker with further induction hob, American style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, food processor, hand mixer,  breadmaker and much more.

Sitting room: High cathedral-style ceiling giving a sense of space and light. It is comfortably furnished with two sofas and armchairs. Charnwood woodburner. In the unlikely event that you tire of looking at the mesmerising and ever changing view there is Sky+ television with sports package. A large patio opens directly out onto the terrace and garden. A small library of books to cater for all tastes includes reference and historical books of the area, wildlife and bird guides and some children's books and novels.

Main bedroom:        5' king-size bed

Twin-bedded room: 2x 3' single beds 

Single bedroom

All bedrooms have storage and hanging space and are fully carpeted. Electric blankets all beds

Shower room           Shower, washbasin and w.c., plus heated towel rail.

A cot, high chair and stair gate are available if needed.

The delightful garden is fully enclosed and is planted with a variety of shrubs and seasonal bulbs.
